Cove of exceptional beauty. It is accessed via an unpaved road, at the end of which there is a small car park. From there you walk down steep slopes. It is a cove to get lost, for those who enjoy unusual and remote places.
It has no services, except for the basic cleaning and police surveillance. It is worth taking excursions through the volcanic environment and reaching the Vela Blanca viewpoint, a singular and unique hillock to enjoy nature, the exceptional views that exist in the area, always respecting the rules of good use of this protected area.
From Cala Rajá you can see the reef of El Dedo, also called El Dedo de Dios. On the left of Cala Rajá I could climb the slope to observe this, we will also see the Cala de la Punta Negra, which is inaccessible from land, and the Vela Blanca hill with its watchtowerVery quiet coves, they are located on the road that goes from San José to Cabo de Gata along the coast, leaving the car on the fence, you have to walk 800 meters to the first curve on the right, from there we will see the coves in the background , we will descend 90 meters of unevenness, there is no path, until a plain between two streams, it has a medium difficulty of descent.
